As our shop continues to grow, we find ourselves in a bit of a predicament. We are a small, curated space with limited shelf real estate. Currently, the volume of requests we receive from authors to stock their books has exceeded what our physical shelves can accommodate.

A New Direction for Local Titles. To ensure we are serving our local community as effectively as possible, we are shifting our focus to a reader-driven model.

Moving forward, Newnan Book Co. will prioritize carrying books based on direct customer demand.

What This Means for You. If you are a local author, this doesn’t mean your book can’t be on our shelves—it just means the "path to the shelf" has changed:
